A 2-hour live, instructor-led, on-line event
This on-line training will introduce some of the essential features of DBT. We will highlight some of its similarities and differences from some other therapy approaches. It is designed for those with no previous experience of DBT who want to get acquainted with this therapy. Participants are not expected to have any previous experience of DBT and are invited to submit questions for discussion. By the end of this meeting participants will be able to decide if they want to learn more about DBT and receive some suggestions about how to do so.
